André graduated from the University of Sheffield, England in 1991. After completing one years vocational training he worked in the National Health Service six years.
Currently
André works in an entirely private practice in Derby treating a mixture of general practice and referral patients. Since 2001 he has been carrying out the majority of dental treatments with the assistance of a surgical microscope.
André lectures both nationally and internationally on endodontics, conservation and microsurgical dentistry.
